1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with Maya Slots, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must not be a professional athlete, referee, team official, or any individual whose access to inside information about a sporting event could give an unfair advantage.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are met and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Maya Slots reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

When you create an account with Maya Slots, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information at the time of registration — or at any later stage — may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, and do not allow others to access your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, notify Maya Slots support immediately via live chat or email.

Maya Slots will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from Maya Slots that asks for your password should be reported to support immediately — this is almost certainly a phishing attempt.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, Maya Slots requires all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before withdrawing funds. Accepted documents include a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-issued PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. KYC may also be required before processing large deposits or when unusual account activity is detected.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting Maya Slots support. Account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations you may have to the platform. Maya Slots reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where Terms violations are suspected.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Maya Slots accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All amounts are in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Maya Slots does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your account in real time for most payment methods. If a deposit is delayed beyond 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within five minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay generally clear on the same business day. Maya Slots reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may add processing time.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on Maya Slots are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in another currency, the conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate. Maya Slots is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Maya Slots offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and specific terms for each promotion are stated on the promotion page. Read these carefully before claiming any bonus.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or used to exploit the platform.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and possible account suspension.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility and terms are detailed on the registration and promotions pages. Players who claim the welcome bonus agree to the specific wagering requirements attached to it before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Modification of Promotions

Maya Slots reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with bonuses already credited before a modification takes effect will not be retroactively affected by changes, except where a promotion was offered in error or involves fraudulent activity.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on Maya Slots use certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or by Maya Slots staff.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during gameplay, the round in question will be settled according to the last confirmed game state recorded on our servers. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

Maya Slots actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, we will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required.
